Study on the financing of agriculture in the world: the case of Mali (FAO study, Crédit Agricole, FARM)

This document follows the agreement between FAO and Crédit Agricole signed in December 2007 by Mr. J. Diouf, Director-General of FAO, and President Mr. R. Carron of Crédit Agricole. The first operational phase of this agreement was the completion of a study on the financing of agriculture and the rural world in Mali. This study was carried out by various local experts appointed by FAO, an international expert proposed by Crédit Agricole, and an FAO official.
