Appointment - Juliette Leclaire appointed Executive Director of the FARM Foundation

Paris, July 8, 2026 — The FARM Foundation announces the appointment of Juliette Leclaire as Executive Director, effective July 8, 2026. She succeeds Catherine Migault, who is retiring after a forty-year career dedicated to agricultural issues, including five years with the Foundation.

In line with the Foundation's mission, Juliette Leclaire aims to contribute to the emergence of concrete solutions addressing the challenges of food security, adaptation to climate change and sustainable resource management in the countries of the South.

Juliette Leclaire's career path

Juliette Leclaire, Aged 51, she is an agricultural engineer specializing in environmental engineering and soil science. She has held management positions within professional organizations, leading collective strategies and representing the sectors to public authorities.

She has advised companies on environmental transition, traceability, and value chain transformation, notably at GS1 France and in consulting. Her career spans the entire agricultural ecosystem, from producers to institutions, including research and financial stakeholders, strengthened by her experience at Crédit Agricole.

Today, She puts her expertise at the service of FARM to develop cooperation between public and private actors, and contribute to more sustainable, resilient and inclusive agricultural and food systems.

Pascal Lheureux, president of the FARM Foundation, wanted to warmly thank Catherine Migault for her commitment, her vision and her achievements which have marked the recent history of FARM.
