L\u2019ambition de cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement est de contribuer \u00e0 \u00e9clairer les d\u00e9cideurs sur les voies \u00e0 emprunter pour un d\u00e9veloppement agricole soutenable entre enjeux \u00e9conomiques, sociaux et environnementaux. Lors de ces conf\u00e9rences, la parole est donn\u00e9e aussi bien \u00e0 des acteurs du Sud que du Nord. L\u2019\u00e9dition 2025 \u00e0 r\u00e9unie 300 personnes \u00e0 Paris et autant \u00e0 distance. and that decision-makers&#039; strategies must be well understood and adapted to the realities on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>The producers, financiers and decision-makers present throughout the day powerfully illustrated these issues.<\/p>\n<p>Testimonies from producers in the South highlighted the challenges they face, including the need for fair remuneration and economic viability of their farms in order to be able to invest sustainably and have a positive social and environmental impact.<\/p>\n<p>After the conference was opened by French Minister of Agriculture Annie Genevard, Arianna Legovini, Director of the World Bank&#039;s Impact Evaluation Department, compared impact measurement to &quot;a GPS for governments,&quot; enabling them to steer public policies toward concrete results. Watch all the participants&#039; presentations on video and in our publications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koulibi Fid\u00e8le Zongo: an engaging and inspiring researcher rewarded<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Highlight of the day, the first edition of the <a href=\"https:\/\/fondation-farm.org\/en\/projet\/le-prix-de-la-fondation-farm\/\">FARM 2025 Award<\/a> was awarded to <strong>Koulibi Fid\u00e8le Zongo<\/strong>, Doctor of Agro-pedology and Teacher-Researcher in Burkina Faso.
