It aims to understand the economic importance of producer organizations through the analysis of three West and Central African countries, and to identify internal and external constraints (institutional, economic, legal, political, etc.), by analyzing in particular the implications of the adoption of the OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa) Uniform Act relating to the law of cooperative societies.
