This partnership establishes a structured framework for collaborative research and analysis to assess the quantitative and qualitative dimensions of agricultural support measures, while strengthening institutional action, policy reforms, and their impact.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity wp-container-content-1ac3d91d\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Dr. Debisi Araba<\/strong>, The CEO of AKADEMIYA2063 welcomed the signing of this memorandum of understanding with the FARM Foundation. According to him, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u00abThis partnership reflects AKADEMIYA2063\u00bbs commitment to leveraging its expertise to accelerate the realization of Africa\u2019s development ambitions. At a time when resource constraints are redefining traditional development aid, we must rethink our approach to cooperation to prepare and equip ourselves to meet the continent\u2019s growing needs. To do this, we need a strong institutional infrastructure and robust capacities and effective systems; this partnership provides a practical platform to realize this ambition.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The collaboration between the FARM Foundation and AKADEMIYA2063 aims to promote research and the production of evidence through targeted initiatives, including contributions to the Global Observatory for Agricultural Support, which observes and evaluates public agricultural policies to produce information on the progress of public action in this sector.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Dr. Matthieu Brun<\/strong>, scientific director of the FARM Foundation, stated: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u00abPublic support for agriculture is a crucial lever for accelerating agri-food transformation in Africa, but it remains difficult to measure and compare consistently. By partnering with AKADEMIYA2063, an influential African institution in the field of policy and research to guide the continent\u2019s agri-food strategies, we are strengthening the capacity of the Global Observatory on Agricultural Support and our collective ability to produce robust data and practical tools to guide reforms and amplify their impact.\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Under this agreement, the two organizations will conduct joint knowledge-sharing initiatives\u2014through conferences, symposia, workshops, policy dialogues, side events, and learning forums\u2014focused on strategic priorities and areas of common interest.
