Elle rappellera que le risque ne peut reposer uniquement sur les agriculteurs : c\u2019est l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la fili\u00e8re qui doit \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9. \u00c0 travers l\u2019introduction du concept de verrouillage sociotechnique, elle propose une lecture des freins syst\u00e9miques \u00e0 la transition et explore les leviers d\u2019action disponibles, notamment du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019aval des fili\u00e8res (coop\u00e9ratives, distributeurs, transformateurs, etc.). Enfin, elle interroge les dispositifs de formation, en soulignant qu\u2019ils doivent concerner non seulement les agriculteurs, mais aussi les parties prenantes.<\/p>\n
